What WOULDN’T I do with Field Roast? I love it sliced up on a quesadilla with a little bit of hot sauce… or stirred into some macaroni and cheese (the apple-sage is good with some chopped up broccoli, but the chipotle flavor makes for Mexican Mac & Cheese!)… or chopped up rather small, quickly sauteed and tossed on top of spaghetti and tomato sauce!
