Daphne Oz’s Dorm Room Diet

Yeah, yeah, she might be Dr. Oz’s daughter but this gal is a smart cookie all on her own. A Princeton graduate,
Daphne published a best seller and received her degree from an Ivy League school all in the same year.
The great thing is that her book is so spot on, needed and real. From experience, this celeb docs
daughter had to ace the same problems all college kids go though, weight gain!
So much pressure, lack of time and sleep and lots of poor food choices has lead to more then just
the famous freshman 15. It causes fatigue, depression and a whole host of negative effects that
can affect every aspect of a university goers life.
Daphne writes not only from experience but from the eyes of a gal who is going through it.
She found great ways to keep fit and trim while not sacrificing the shenanigans you’d like to
be a part of when away at school.
While she admits that getting healthy on your own can be hard, Daphne offers a 10 step program that
will get you healthy through your college years and beyond.
