A young man’s life was forever changed. Once an athlete following his dreams, to then paralyzed, with a “one in a million” chance to ever walk again. Now through relentless dedication to recovery, has become the example of the “power of possibility.”
In the pursuit of turning tragedy into triumph, a unique concept was discovered after recognizing a desperate need for ongoing restorative exercise within today’s health care system. Aaron, Laquita and renowned, award winning, Exercise Physiologist/Kinesiologist Taylor Kevin-Isaacs, developed the future of specialized gyms where they will not only be transforming bodies but will be transforming lives via revolutionary and holistic fitness and wellness exercises and methodologies.
Most are not aware of what “health” means until it becomes a necessity. After sustaining a disabling condition or suffering a chronic illness, ongoing restorative exercise should become a way of life. Exercise is Medicine. C.O.R.E. provides the opportunity for one to improve the quality of their life. C.O.R.E. is dedicated to each individual client using a scientific approach towards the development of personalized goals. We strive for a structured program that will be a lifestyle enhancement rather than a traditional exercise regime. C.O.R.E. is committed to changing perceptions regarding the ongoing treatment and management of catastrophic injury and chronic conditions. C.O.R.E. is a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with unique and specialized equipment, providing low cost integrated, structural, personalized and progressive evaluations, treatment plans, and education to help improve function, independence, and self-efficacy.
If you or someone you know has suffered a catastrophic injury, C.O.R.E. is the place to turn to for ongoing restorative exercise in addition to getting the support and positive work necessary to make disability turn into possibility!

Just so you know, your comment was not deleted. We’ve had back end issues this week and it deletes messages or tell us we have comments where none appear. We are always happy to have folks debate, contest or bring light to anything written on our site ; )
That being said, the “one in a million” is neither my diagnosis or my words but those of whom the story is about. This is what is available on their site and the story they tell. Feel free to check out their site and Aaron’s story for further info on his injury, statistics and recovery. Regardless of the extent of the injury, it’s a fabulous story of perseverance when the odds were stacked against him.
thanks for your continued support!
Ok so I took the time to read this article and at the bottom of it was a spot to leave a comment. “Speak your mind” I believe it said. Taking an objective stand point I simply said “1 in a million is a bit exaggerated his SCI was incomplete and partially damaged”. Instead of enlighten me so I could stand corrected my comment was deleted. Does me “speaking my mind” not matter if it’s not in favor of the article…
