Vegan and Gluten Free Guacamole Hummus RecipeMost people love hummus. Many love guacamole. Why not combine two great tastes that taste great together? Super easy, healthy and tasty, add a twist to your next batch of hummus or guacamole and see it disappear from the bowl!

  • 1 can white beans (do not drain)
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled
  • juice from 1/2 of a lime
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful cilantro

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until thick, pureed consistency.

Serve with pita, crudite or chips and enjoy!
