
- 2 cups cooked and cooled vegan crab meat (Match Vegan Meats Ground Crab), shredded or cut into small chunks
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoons fresh, chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, diced
- Bibb lettuce cups, for serving
Mix cooked crab meat with all of the ingredients. Spoon mixture into Bibb lettuce cups and enjoy!
