  • 1 bunch kale, coarsely chopped
  • 1 handful cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, coarsely chopped (optional if you don’t want the heat)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup pepitas, toasted
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 lime, juice
  • dash of cumin
  • salt and freshly pepper to taste

Puree everything in a food processor and enjoy on tacos, quesadillas, nachos and more!
