Well summer is gone and we are back to work and school and busy schedules. Which means not too much time for breakfast. I love ths recipe as it’s almost as quick as overnight oats yet it’s warm and feels like dessert even though it’s good for you! I hope you enjoy my easy vegan baked chocolate oats recipe!
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tsp Monk fruit sugar (for a no sugar added option, I love Lakanto monk fruit granulated sugar)
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk of choice (I use unsweetened vanilla flax milk for a boost of protein)
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate chips (for a no sugar added option, I love Lakanto monk fruit chocolate chips)
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice

My breakfast is usually cereal. Now I have found a new recipe and this will be the breakfast for tomorrow.
