Well summer is gone and we are back to work and school and busy schedules. Which means not too much time for breakfast. I love ths recipe as it’s almost as quick as overnight oats yet it’s warm and feels like dessert even though it’s good for you! I hope you enjoy my easy vegan baked chocolate oats recipe!
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tsp Monk fruit sugar (for a no sugar added option, I love Lakanto monk fruit granulated sugar)
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk of choice (I use unsweetened vanilla flax milk for a boost of protein)
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate chips (for a no sugar added option, I love Lakanto monk fruit chocolate chips)
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice

A healthy balanced breakfast should consist of proteins, slow carbohydrates and healthy fats. After sleeping all night, a person wakes up in the morning already hungry. Eating in the morning is especially useful because this meal energizes you for the whole day and starts the metabolic process in the body.
