
- 1/2 cup freshly brewed Teeccino (flavor of choice but regular is best if you want to make flavored versions)
- 2 1/2 cups soy or almond milk (regular or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup maple crystals, agave or stevia
- 1 tablespoon dry pectin (optional, for texture only)
- 2 cups ice
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Top with vegan whipped cream
To make the mocha version:
Add a pinch (1/16 teaspoon) of cocoa powder to the ingredients before blending. Once served, drizzle vegan chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.

This is such a good idea! I’m going to try it in my Vitamix with dates instead of agave/maple/etc. I’m so excited to try this. Yum!
