We don’t eat red meat anymore. We still eat fish, chicken, and pork. I would love to get some good recipes with just using vegetables and no meat. I think I could be a vegetarian. When I go out to eat, my favorite is the salad bar.

I would love to win because I found the documentary to be inspiring. I had been vegetarian for over seven years when I first saw the film. Afterwards I immeadiately challenged myself to a fourty day vegan challenge. I felt amazing! I’m now nearly finished with my new 100 day challenge and still feel wonderful. I would like to continue this lifestyle, but I am lacking resources.
It took my family years to accept my vegetarian diet, and they are really struggling with the idea of my vegan diet – especially my dad! I would love to be able to be able to share recipes with them and show them how delicious vegan food can be.

I’m excited to see there is a cookbook to go with the wonderful film! I would love to win this book to use for cooking for my family and then loan it to my parents when I buy the Forks Over Knives dvd to show them, maybe then they will understand that plant-based is the way to go 🙂

Well, I’d mostly like to win because of your recommendation – if you say its good, then I know it is!

Also, I struggle with cooking well for people who think I am just being difficult and look forward to me returning to ‘normal’. I want to WOW them with how fab healthy food choices can be! Next month is TG Day, and I would like it to be more than just parallel munching (me my food and them their food). FORKS OVER KNIVES cookbook would be such a HELP ;D

    Thanks for all you do!!
