People who are using CBD, or who are considering starting to use it, wonder about psychotropic effects (none), side effects (none to minimal), and appropriate dosage. It is dosage that we are aiming at with this infographic, as that is perhaps the most important thing to get right as one embarks on a CBD health regimen.

Unfortunately, there is no “right” dosage that is going to suit everyone. The severity of your ailment, disease, stress, etc. will affect how much CBD you will need. Physical size and metabolism also plays a major role. The general state and equilibrium of your endocannabinoid system (Yes, you have one, and it’s affected by CBD) determines your appropriate serving size to a large extent.

Because of this uncertainty and the varying requirements for different people, we at CBDtop10 are doing our best to help people start off on the right foot and determine a dosage that is right for them. We have published a blog post that discusses this issue and lays out some thoughts on what may be appropriate dosages to start with for various conditions. However, it is usually still a trial and error process on an individual basis, and that is where this infographic comes into play and attempts to help.

In order to know how much oil is required to deliver a given amount of CBD, follow the simple process laid out in the first part of the graphic. Armed with this knowledge, you can begin the process of homing in on your CBD dosage sweet spot. We agree with the general consensus at the present time, which suggests that you start with a relatively low dosage and increase as needed to find the level that produces results for you.
