I make vegan egg salad with tofu. We marinate, bake and fry tofu. I also use silken tofu to make my cheesecake, and maple syrup custard. I use the choclate silken tofu to make choclate mousse. We use tofu at least 3 times a week.

I would LOVE to win this because Tofu Scramble is my favorite food in the world, and owning this would allow me to cut back on my paper towel usage 😉 Also, even things like Tofu can be expensive depending on where you shop in NYC, so the coupons would come in handy too!

Before I went vegan, I considered myself a pretty good cook and it was always a hobby of mine, so, when I went vegan I had to teach myself how to cook again. I feel like I’ve come pretty far and have been able to make some pretty great things– but one things I have yet to get good at is preparing tofu. A TofuXpress would help me A LOT, cut down on the towels I dirty from pressing tofu. Also, I never have been able to marinate tofu correctly. The TofuXpress would make me feel more like a real chef. As for the coupons- hey, I love Nasoya products, all the better if they are cheaper! =D

I would love a TofuXpress. In fact I need a TofuXpress. As for Nasoya, I don’t usually reach for their tofu so the coupons would be an incentive to try it.

I have a TofuXpress and LOVE it, so I would give this one as a gift if I won it. 🙂 As for the Nasoya products, naturally, I’d load up on extra firm tofu to perfectly press in my TofuXpress! I have a block pressing in the fridge as I type. Thank you for the giveaway!

I quit eating meat and meat products one month ago. While I haven’t missed meat I am having some difficulty with preparing tofu. Even if I don’t win the tofuxpress I will GREATLY appreciate any help I can get with tofu prep, and meal suggestions period. Thanks!

I love tofu, but pressing it is a pain! We are a family of 6 and go through food like crazy – coupons would help and the press would help cut down some prep time.

I have been eying this TofuXpress with envy and I think I’ve even had a few dreams about it. I’ve been a vegetarian for 20+ years, use tofu all the time and often write and post my recipes online. I love freezing tofu and then defrosting – the texture is out of this WORLD but I then either have to balance plates with cans of beans on top or sqeeze out the water with my hands (this is the method used most) which just creates a mess. I can’t imagine how awesome this press is. Well, I can imagine, but I’d like to know first hand! 🙂

I would love the TofuXpress because after years of my campaigning, my mom has decided to try being vegan — but she insists she hates tofu. I make things for her and insist that tofu tastes like whatever you flavor it with. I know a well-pressed tofu soaks up a lot more flavor, and I think might turn her on to the wonders of tofu and make her vegan transition a little smoother.

I’m a new vegan and have found cooking in bulk on the weekend keeps me on track during the week. A tofu press will reduce some of my weekend time in the kitchen!

My tofu press is currently a wooden cutting board with a colander filled with new potatoes on top to add weight. I make a tofu dish at least twice a week, and this would no doubt improve my baked tofu, tofu jerky, and tofu paneer recipes. I love Nasoya’s firm tofu, and have just tried their tofuplus. I have their vegan baked tofu recipe on my list to make next week. Yum! Thank you for this excellent giveaway!

i love using tofu, but i am in dire need of a press. just last night i was trying to squeeze the water out of a block of nasoya firm tofu, and i ended up busting the sides 🙁 it made a mess of my dinner. i buy their products all the time, and it would just complete my kitchen. love love love it!!

I put tofu in my salad that I take to work every day. With the crunchy veggies I like a really firm tofu QUICK. How easy to just press and cut rather than to grab a patio brick to sit on my tofu block for a half hour! The pressed tofu bakes up nicer when I make it honey roasted, too. Would love to have one of these!

*Gasp* I have considered getting married just to register for the TofuXPress 😉 Seriously, I have been wanting one ever since I went vegan and a kind stranger e-mailed me to tell me about! Also, I have been dying to try a Nasoya product, but haven’t gotten around to it — their products are not sold at my local Trader Joe’s, though I think I’ve seen them at Whole Foods.

I pretty much live on tofu so the TofuXPress would make cooking a lot easier, faster, and less messy.
I admit I’ve never bought Nasoya tofu before so the coupons would be good incentive for me to try it out. 🙂 I also hear they’re developing more products without eggs so as a vegan, I’m excited about that!
    Thanks for the giveaway!

This is a gadget I need. Right now my husband is avoiding soy (among other things), which has been difficult, and I’m craving tofu like a fiend. I’m not incredibly motivated to cook separate meals for him and for me, but this would make it much more feasible for me to have a little something on the side.

(By “on the side” I mean TOFU. I am not considering cheating on my husband because he’s not eating soy. However if mama doesn’t get some tofu or tempeh soon, I can’t speak for what might happen.)

I was just talking about the TofuXPress the other day! I’ve never seen one in person, but have been dying to get one. I can never quite get all the water out of my tofu and I hate using up paper towels to do it. It’s such a waste! Of course, Nasoya products are AWESOME, so it would be fantastic to have the coupons too!

I Love Nasoya products, which I first tried after trying it a few months ago. The TofuXpress would be so helpful in getting out excess water, and making tasty recipes! Thanks for the chance.

I have seen this tofu press on quite a few blogs lately and have been DYING to try it, I always found it a pain to have to press my own tofu at home using the old heavy book and plate method. The press would be ideal and I would be able to press my tofu and then get it marinating in no time at all without all that extra work and mess. I buy multiple packages of tofu weekly and the only brand I usually go with is Nasoya and the coupons would help immensely with saving a little extra $$$. It would be awesome to win it! Good luck to everyone else participating as well!
