How to Heal Mind and Remain Calm In Chaos

anxiety“Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer.” – William S. Burroughs

There are no less than 450 million people in the world who suffer mental stress issues. This raises the need of calming the mind and body.

Relating work with increasing stress and decreased mental calm-

As per a report by the Workplace Stress Statistics, more than 94% of American workers said that they experienced extreme stress at the workplace. Further, a report by Wrike’s United States Stress Statistics revealed that approximately 23% of employees feel highly stressed at their work, while 6% of them claimed to have unreasonably high-stress levels.

A business psychologist and proud author of ‘Success Under Stress’, Sharon Melnick says – “We experience stress when we feel that situations are out of our control.”

So, if you have been one of those passionate professionals who have been working hard day and night to be on a desirable rank with a handsome package, sit back and relax. Life may demand you to move forward fast but at the same time, make sure to take good care of your stress level too.

Hacks to maintain distance with office stress –

  1. Never bring work home- You may be in love with your job and office, yet make it a rule not to discuss work at your home with family. If you witness yourself doing so, consider it as an alarming time to get rid of such habits. This not just brings an imbalance in your lifestyle but disturbs your personal life too. Before your work starts to overlap your personal life, pay attention and bring changes.
  2. Wave off interruptions – Do you remember the last time when you were preparing a PowerPoint presentation, and suddenly a pop-up message pops from one of your managers regarding the file. This feels irritated, right? Well, this not just hinders your productivity but ruins your mental peace too. Therefore, try to reduce all the interruptions when you are on an important task.
  3. Quality edibles – Your mood and health will be all that you eat. There are many pieces of research which prove that excessive amounts of junk food consumption can show some bad impact on your mental state. Instead of stuffing your stomach with sweet candies and simultaneously worry about getting fat, buy edibles made with CBD extracts. Generally, these are referred to as CBD edibles which come in different forms like – chocolate bars, brownie, oil, gummy bears, etc. One of the most common types of such edibles is rainbow candies which do not contain any preservatives adding more to your fat building cells. So you can have them without worrying about your increased weight. Besides this, it helps you remain calm, keep your brain cells working productively without hampering the mental peace. But make sure to consult an experienced person or doctor before consuming it.

The last word –

Increased stress at work can result in many adverse effects on your life like – disturbed mental state, increased health problems, depression, declining professional career and much more. Before this, all starts to take a toll on your life’s happiness, pay attention and bring required changes.

I think this is very important, especially if you hold a high position and other people or the fate of the company depends on your decisions. The overall strategy of the company, makes decisions at the highest level, performs representative duties, as does Ross Levinsohn Maven CEO to take the company to the next level
