My buddy, Melissa Costello of Karma Chow, has just launched a new video series with her buddy, yoga instructor Camilla Granasen. The two chat about and demonstrate how food and yoga practice go together swimmingly so I thought I’d share their first episode, Radience, with you!
Radiance is a state of being generated from the inside of you by eating healthy foods, thinking positive thoughts and practicing activities that uplift and support you in body, mind and spirit. In this Food & Flow segment, Melissa will demonstrate how to prepare a quick, easy (only 6 ingredients) and savory Creamy Tahini Kale dish that is not only tasty, but also cleanses the digestive and elimination systems. In the yoga segment, Camilla sits you down to do a 3-minute pranayama (breathing exercise) that will leave you glowing from the tips of your toes to the top of your crown.
