Staying on the Asian side of veggie fare, Lotus Vegetarian is a great authentic Vietnamese eatery. 100% vegetarian, the menu is mouthwatering so you may want to make more than 1 trip so you can try it all! The Bun Mi and Bahn Mi are my personal faves as is the refreshing Bo (avocado juice!). A definite can’t miss when in or around Tampa!
Located in ST. Pete Beach, you’ll find Vida de Cafe. A delicious raw food restaurant, it’s a great place for awesome raw meals, juices, snacks and more! I LOVE their chili, raw tacos, raw spinach gnocchi and Caesar salad as well as their killer desserts like the Key Lime Cheesecake and Fudge Brownie Sundae! It’s one of the best raw food restaurants in the country and not to be passed over when visiting the Tampa area!It was a great surprise to find Rouen Thai, a veggie and macrobiotic Thai joint. Sometimes you just want some Thai and Rouen does it right! Their lunch specials are a great value and come with a lot of food and as cliche as it is, their Pad Thai is a homerun!
