Extreme fatigue and weakness are typical problems that many people experience today. Your way of life, psychological causes like stress build-up or mood, and medical issues are the main causes linked to the two. Weakness is lacking physical or muscle strength and feeling you require extra effort to move your legs, arms or other parts of your body. Fatigue on the other hand is feeling exhausted due to low energy or strength.

Most people will start experiencing the two after hitting the middle age. If you have experienced extreme fatigue and weakness for a short period or maybe for a long time, there is good news. I have managed to fight Extreme Fatigue and Weakness to enjoy a happy life. Want to know how? Read on.

Sleeping in a good Mattress

One primary cause of extreme weakness and fatigue for many people is bad sleeping habits. If you want to fight fatigue, start with getting a good night’s sleep. You can achieve this by choosing a good mattress. This will ensure you rest comfortably after a tiring day. Your mind will be relaxed due to the comfort which will prevent stress build-up, which is a major contributor to weakness and fatigue. Furthermore, your spending your night on a good mattress will align your body well which can make you feel weak and tired the next day.

High Fiber Food

If you are feeling weak and fatigued, chances are your diet is not in order. You should consider adding more foods that will gradually release energy for a long-lasting supply of energy. That means you should include food with high dietary fiber content. You will not feel hungry for long which will prevent excess eating throughout the day. Overeating contributes to gaining weight which can make you sluggish and fatigued. High fiber content will also help in digestion which prevents constipation which can result in draining your energy. By consuming foods with high fiber content, you are addressing the issue of feeling weak and fatigued from the root. If you are concerned that you cannot address your diet sufficiently to combat fatigue, you may wish to add a supplement to give yourself a boost. For instance, nad supplement supports metabolism, energy, and brain health and activates anti-aging genes too!

Rowing Machine

Incorporating a training routine is a great way to fight low levels of energy. You may be wondering how this can work since exercising will automatically drain your energy. Right? You have to know that not all exercise will work. Exercising using rowing machine will work well in boosting your energy levels thereby fighting weakness and fatigue. This training mechanism will make you get used to extended stress periods thus increasing your endurance which will help you to maintain your energy during the day. The training is meant to make yourself not tire quickly as you would typically do. This will make you remain stay energized during acute strains. Check here for reviews of the best rowers.

Playing baseball

Baseball playing is a great way to relax. One cause of extreme weakness and fatigue is a build-up of stress. When you engage yourself in an activity that will help you forget all about other things in the world, you will be relieved of stress thereby fighting the issue at the base level. Then again you will be facilitating generating more mitochondria, which are cells responsible for creating energy in our body. The more you play baseball, the more cells you produce which will boost the rate of food digestion. This will ensure your muscles are fed with enough energy at all times.

When you play baseball frequently, you will facilitate releasing of endorphins hormones which are responsible for making you feel happy. Having a good mood will contribute to fighting fatigue and weakness while at the same time giving you the motivation to play more which will facilitate production of more endorphins.

At the end of it all, baseball playing like any other form of exercise will increase oxygen intake in your body. Having more carbon dioxide in your body can make you feel fatigued and weak. When the ratio of oxygen to carbon dioxide increases through playing, you will feel energized.

Feeling fatigued and weak throughout the day can not only make your life miserable but will also lower your productivity in level in your work. If you want to live a happy life as I do, follow and implement the above guide. The approaches given are cheap and easy to implement.
