would help me keep my new years resolution of not cooking flesh—I’m not a flesh eater but my husband lives for flesh–so I stopped cooking it altogether! This has cut down on his consumption but I think I need to find more suitable alternatives for him.

Field Roast is an excellent plant based option and replacement! You can take the Apple Sage sausage and use it in French lentil soup, or French lentils over mashed purple potatoes with simple chopped tomato or tomato relish/jam of course Apple Sage sausage is over the potatoes, Scrambled tofu and Sauted Apple Sage Field Roast sausage with a raw kale salad. The Mexican Chipotle sausage can be thinly sliced and place on a homemade pizza before being baked to have as a pepperoni substitute, You can also use the Mexican Chipotle for tacos, as well as a tofu Spanish tortilla, in any gumbo, jambalaya. etouffee recipe. The Italian sausage of course must be used for lasagne and many other pasta dishes, in a white bean/cannelloni bean soup with kale and other veggies. This product seems like it can be used for a multitude of things. If it works like a sausage. I see great possibilities for this amazing product if I were to have it. It’s a way to enjoy being plant based while still enjoying something that you wouldn’t be able to have like meat. I don’t miss meat yet this is really a product I see that plenty can be done with it. I’m excited to try!!!

Winning this Field Roast would help keep my New Year’s Resolution to be frugal! Since my husband lost his job, we have been cutting down signficantly on expenses (this has included all our veggie meats as well!) It would be nice to have some veggie sausage or hotdogs again! We tried Field Roast for the first time at an Eco-Festival this summer and loved it! Too expense for us right now unfortunately 🙁

Field Roast would help me contiune my same New Year’s Resolution to help others eat a vegan diet. My hubby isn’t a vegan or anything but eats my vegan food everyday. (When we eat out or at other people’s house he’ll eat non vegan food. Which is a few times a month.) Since my hubby has started to eat vegan food he is now off his blood pressure medicine and lost 50lbs. Now my mother in law eats vegan food half of the week. Field Roast products are one of our family favorites around here. We always use their Celebration Roast for the holidays. So Field Roast helps me help others around me. That’s always one of my New Year’s Resolutions help other people to get or stay healthy.

For health reasons concerning hormone disregulation ans weight I began a vegan diet on 6/23/11 and have already lost 32 plus pounds. Being able to try another new product will help me continue to build my healthy food and new recipe list for me and my son who is also changing his diet to support me. With a starting weight of over 400 pounds, I have a long road ahead, however I am confident that I will be successful due to the ever expanding product availability, including yours. Thank you.
