I love when retailers get in on the wellness movement, helping their customers and their community live happier, healthier lives. CVS has launched Project Health and I’m stoked to share it with you!
With all the confusion that still exists with the new health care options, It’s wonderful that retailers like CVS are coming in to educate their community not only on proper, preventative health but also giving them valuable information on their current health and setting them up for success.
To reflect their broadening commitment to health care, CVS Health is expanding their annual Project Health campaign. In late 2015 and early 2016, more than 1,000 free health-screening events will be held at CVS/pharmacy locations in over 15 multicultural communities with significant numbers of uninsured or underinsured individuals.
The Project Health/Proyecto Salud wellness campaign was developed to further position CVS/pharmacy as a valuable community resource offering free preventive services and accessible healthcare to help people on their path to better health. They invite you to come in the store for a quick, convenient, free health check up with no appointment necessary!
From Oct 22nd 2015 – Jan 28th 2016, come in to have a 1-on-1 confidential consultation with a health care professional and find out if you qualify for health insurance savings. Plus, receive a FREE promotional tote bag and $5 coupon for CVS/pharmacy® Brand products. Quick. Convenient. Awesome!
Here is a sneak peek of what the Free CVS Project Health Screenings Include:
- Body Mass Index
- Blood Pressure
