If you’re used to more intense workouts at the gym, you may need to order some simple equipment to keep at home. Consider purchasing some hand weights or some dip bars for home use. If you’re planning to return to the gym after a few weeks, there is no reason to spend too much money on home equipment. However, if you discover you prefer working out at home instead of at the gym, consider purchasing larger exercise equipment to intensify your workout.

Find a nice route near your house to walk along. Even walking for a few minutes each day is better than sitting around all day. And if you want a workout, go for a run instead of a walk!
