Air frying is all the rage and I’m a big fan too! It’s so fun to make all sorts of meals, snacks and sides this way as all the more naughty dishes feel a tad less naughty, hahah! I love fried pickles and all sorts of yummy battered and fried veggies so I hope you enjoy my vegan air fried veggie chips recipe!
- Veggies of choice cut into 4 inch rounds (zucchini, carrots, pickles, sweet potatoes…)
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour of choice
- aquafaba from 1 can of chickpeas (water strained from a can of chickpeas)
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- olive oil spray
- salt to taste
