This is How You Make Your Own Vegan Edibles at Home

Vegan EdiblesEdibles are a great and fun way to consume cannabis. Whether you’re doing it because of health concerns, or because you want to try avoiding smoking cannabis, especially during the coronavirus pandemic. More and more people are experiencing baking at home these times, and a lot of them have also tried cannabis-infused recipes. 

Cannabis cooking is among the most popular ingredients of all kinds of recipes online. Many recipes also work great with cannabis coconut oil. Enjoy the benefits of cannabis coconut oil on your vegan diet! Here are some simple delicious recipes for your cannabis experience, to try at home!

Pumpkin Spice Cannabis Pancakes

The flavor of pumpkin pie spice and cannabis will definitely make you remember autumnal spices. It’s 100% vegan and you cannot miss out on this seasonal treat. So, grab your cooking tools and get ready to bake the much-appreciated pumpkin spice cannabis pie. 

What you need

  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour/almond flour
  • 1 cup of soya milk
  • ¼ cup of cannabis coconut oil or homemade vegan cannabutter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • ½ cup of fruits (your choice)

In a bowl, add the flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and mix. Then, combine it with the soya milk and lemon juice and stir thoroughly. Smash the bananas and add the cannabis coconut oil, the maple syrup, and just a bit of soya milk. Combine the ingredients homogeneously, add the mixture in a platter and put it into the oven. Let it bake until it’s brown, remove it from the platter and add the cut fruits and maple syrup. It’s ready to be served!

Chocolate Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

The extraordinary flavor of chocolate and vegan peanut butter with cannabis coconut oil is the greatest dessert to enjoy with your family.

What you need

  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • A spoon of vegan peanut butter
  • ½ cup of homemade vegan cannabutter/cannabis coconut oil
  • Dark chocolate flakes

In a bowl, add the cocoa powder, vegan cannabutter/cannabis coconut oil and stir thoroughly. Take some cupcake tins and fill them with the mixture. Add a tsp of peanut butter on top with the chocolate flakes. Place it into the freezer for about 30 minutes and voila, they’re ready to be served.

Avocado Cannabis Cashew Cream 

This is a light and nutritional recipe, 100% vegan, with an extraordinary flavor. 

What you need

  • 1 cup of cashew
  • 2 tbsp of cannabis coconut oil
  • 2 avocados
  • ¼ tbsp of chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp of apple vinegar
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ground nuts

In a blender, add the ingredients and blend until you obtain a smooth texture. Add the avocado into the mixture and blend again. Put the mixture into a bowl, add the nuts, and a bit of olive oil. Bon appétit!
