Organic Earth Day Drinks

So you’ve traded in your tofu for  the non-gmo variety, said goodbye to your cleaning products and said hello to cleaning with vinegar. What’s more, you have reusable shopping totes in every size and color – you would never be caught with plastic again.

But what about your cocktail – have you switched your libation to something organic? You know, something made with care and pride, an artisinal product – something made like you would make it yourself.  Today, on April 22, the 43rd anniversary of Earth Day, make the switch and toast the day with a great organic drink!

Perfectly Organic Pineapple Margarita

• 1 ¼ oz Casa Noble Tequila
• ½ oz fresh organic lime juice
• 1 oz fresh organic pineapple juice
• ¼ oz raw organic agave
• Sprig of fresh rosemary, garnish

Muddle fresh rosemary into a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, fresh lime juice, fresh pineapple juice, and agave into the cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with sprig of fresh rosemary.

Bloody Margarita

• 1 oz Casa Noble Tequila
• 3 oz organic tomato juice
  
• 2 dashes hot sauce
• 1 dash vegan Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 ounce organic lemon juice
• 1 tiny pinch sea salt
• 1 stalk organic celery, for garnish
• Organic lime wedge, for garnish
• Sprinkle coarse black pepper
