I want to win because I need to kick start losing weight again.
I just spent 11 months losing 84 lbs. I have no idea how to tone up my muscle and more than that I am scared to death of gaining it all back. I need a workout buddy!

I have followed The Blissful Chef for awhile, and I’m totally inspired by her getting into fitness. I never played sports in school (not my thing) and have gone through spurts of activity. I eat a healthy plant-based diet but I am missing the exercise component. I would be so excited to win this awesome personal training program with Christy!
