What is Blue Light?

Blue blockers are glasses you wear at all times, not just when you’re on the computer or using an electronic device, that block the most harmful blue light while allowing all the other colors through. These glasses are ideal for office workers, people who work outside, and anyone who doesn’t want that harsh yellow tint in their eyes.

Blue blockers can protect your eyes up to 99 percent blue light exposure. You might be skeptical about donning a pair of blue-light blockers, especially if you don’t want to miss out on all the colors of the rainbow in everyday life; however, there are plenty of options that block out the most harmful blue lights without making you sacrifice the earth’s gorgeous colors.

Blue Blockers are different than just computer glasses. While both block blue light, computer glasses are geared toward people who stare at screens all day. Blue blockers are the perfect remedy for people who are in need of blocking blue light all the time. Blue blockers can be worn in everyday life, indoors, outdoors, and at all hours of the day!

Essentially, everyone needs protection from blue light, and even if you don’t require glasses with prescription, investing in blue-light blockers can ultimately help prevent permanent eye damage.
