Big Hero 6 Happy & Healthy Living Contests

Not only am I way stoked that Big Hero 6 took home the little gold man at Sunday’s Oscars, I am tickled to be working on this campaign not only promoting the film but also, the message behind Big Hero 6. Like many Disney films, Big Hero 6 tugs on the heartstrings pretty early on in the film but I absolutely adored Baymax. In fact, if he were real, I’d have one for sure, haha!

For those who haven’t seen the film, I don’t want to give away any spoilers but I will say that the themes of love, friendship and even health, are central to the main characters. Baymax is a personal home health care robot who can analyze your health, both physical and mental, and does so in the sweetest way possible. It’s hard not to fall in love with him ; )

His main goal is to keep Hiro healthy and happy and the film does such a great job of interweaving the themes in a fun way that kids will enjoy but also adults will relate to. Sometimes I feel like a human Baymax with my family, haha, seeing as how I’m a nutritionist and am always looking to heal those I love with food ; )

And it’s really neat how Disney is looking to keep promoting the themes of love, friendship and healthy living with the launch of Big Hero 6 on Blu-ray this February 24th. Now on Disney Movies Anywhere, and on Blu-rayTM Feb 24.
