I know I have really bad posture at work and I’m at my desk most of the day. I’m pretty sure that is the cause of many of my back problems that require chiropractor visits. I’d love to give a Back Joy a try in my office chair!

I’ve had chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain from sitting incorrectly while using my laptop. I’ve used Tiger Balm, mechanical massage devlces, and even resorted, briefly, to using medication to ease my pain. Winning the Back Joy would be, well, a joy. I know that I need an ergonomic soultion to my problem!
