
I gotta start with the vegan egg by Follow Your Heart. Man, a scramble-able egg that is also great for baking? What a tasty innovation!
Follow Your Heart also changed the sliced cheese scene with their killer line of vegan cheeses from jack to smoke gouda and now they are launching a shredded parmesan!! Whaaaaa???!!!
And no one does gourmet like Miyoko’s Creamery what with her gorgeous hard, aged and soft cheeses and now she has the best buffalo mozzarella in the biz!
So vegans pretty much have everything omnivores have. We just gotta crack the code on cottage cheese and I think we’re all set!
