Quick Cuban Rice
- 1 package Success Jasmine Rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- One green onion, chopped
Once your Success Rice is done cooking, set aside.
In a medium pot, over medium heat add in the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Saute’ for 1-2 minutes and add in the green onion, sautéing for 1 more minute.
Add in the rice, making sure all ingredients are fully incorporated, season with salt and pepper and serve.
