Located in the hip RiNo district, aka north of the river, this design forward hotel offers some wonderful and unique amenities for both people passing through Denver as well as locals looking for something different.
The Source is Denver in so many ways. With intentions to bring the outdoors in, each room is a refuge of natural light and comfort while the hotel itself showcases a clean, modern aesthetic with custom Baltic birch casework, polished concrete floors, furniture by Muuto, and select soft finishes by Winter Session. It is Colorado outdoorsy meets Denver progressive style.
The rooms are quite modern, mixing Scandinavian and Japanese design. Each room features custom Baltic birch casework, high ceilings and polished concrete floors, Malin + Goetz body products and silk-screened Source tote bags (for purchase) to hold all of those great things you’ll find downstairs (did I mention there is a super cute gift shop in the lobby?). Each room is a refuge of natural light and comfort. And what’s more, select guest rooms are dog friendly!
I was lucky enough to have a lovely bathtub in my room with a view of the city skyline!
Boasting not only a fabulous rooftop, outdoor terrace restaurant bar and pool, The Source is also home to a market hall. With a collection of 25 artisans including a bakery, pizzeria, modern wood-fired restaurant, barber, retail goods store, apparel shop, florist, brewery, and barbecue, there is literally something for everyone whether you’re a local or a guest at the hotel.
The Woods, their rooftop dining option, is a full service restaurant, bar and beer garden featuring dishes collaboratively paired with New Belgium Brewing craft beers. Offering rooftop views of Denver’s skyline & the Rocky Mountains along with 2 fireplaces, indoor & outdoor seating and 45 Beers on Draft, it’s sure to be a wonderful time.
I was treated to a wonderful vegan meal at The Woods and I have to say their special diet offerings are top notch!
I absolutely loved my stay at The Source and can’t wait to go back to Denver and stay a little longer if I can!
