So, in LA there’s this bar called Jay’s Bar (in Silverlake I think??) They serve vegan food, and I had this awesome vegan “chicken” wrap. The “meat” had a beautiful texture, and this sauce that they put on it was so creamy – like regular mayo, but better!! If I won, I’d try to re-create that awesome dish!!

I would use Nasoya Nayonaise for different sandwiches for lunch. I might also use it for dressings for salads with various recipes.
Mmmm, I would make salad dressings, cole slaw, use it on sandwiches, and maybe even try a “mayonnaise cake” recipe.
