I think that the repair of the body is not a joke it is very important that is why pages that speak a lot about the subject and that I still are pages here , they tell you that supplements are not bad but all in excess one ends up consuming one and that happens very often for that very reason now is when we must take care of all of us.

I have found that these supplements are loaded with crap. That actually they are not healthy at all. Because they are new, I think later on down the road, people that take all these supplements will suffer from health issues when they are older.
