3 Ways to Help Your Facial Skin Look Fresher and Younger without Surgery

#1 Knock All Stress Points Out of the Ballpark

Stress is a highly damaging condition, which can play havoc with every part of your body, causing everything from headaches and stomach upsets to hair loss and insomnia, conditions which may consequently have a sizeable knock-on impact on skin too.
Difficulty sleeping leads to puffiness in the delicate skin around the eyes, while unbalanced eating habits or poor nutrition can cause anything from zits and blemishes (whatever your age) to dry, flaky patches. Add in the wrinkles which often result from worrying and your poor skin really has no chance of looking good while you are stressed out.

Dealing with stress is a priority, and even if work or family related triggers may take time to be properly addressed there are plenty of less complex things anyone can do to help themselves here – including quitting or cutting down on stimulants such as caffeine, sugar, tobacco, alcohol; eating more fresh food and less processed; and doing some relaxing exercise, like yoga.

#2 Pamper Yourself with Regular Home Mini-Facials

Even if you already make time to visit a beauty parlor for a facial now and again, it’s beneficial to make time for short, basic facials regularly at home too. Daily cleansing and moisturizing are great for your skin, but the extra step of exfoliation will help keep your skin looking as young, fresh, and healthy as possible.

Regular use of an enzyme exfoliator to gently remove the dead skin cells we all accumulate helps clear up open pores, blemishes, and acne, leading to skin which looks and feels softer and brighter – and all without chemicals!

#3 Get Acquainted with Coconut Oil
