travel-photographyBeing a tourist or traveler, one of the best ways to save your wonderful travel memories is to take pictures, lots of them. However, these pictures don’t always look as good as expected when you view them later.

But Thanks to PhotoWorks, you can make quick edits to your travel pictures and make them look like a professional snapped them. Below are three common problems you can solve with this powerful photo editing software:

  1. Odd People In Your Picture

Having random people in the background of your picture can make it look very disorganized and also take all the focus from yourself. Learn how to remove people from photos in PhotoWorks using these easy steps.

Method 1: Crop Tool

Step 1: Launch PhotoWorks and drag and drop the photo you want to edit.

Step 2: Go to the Tools tab and select the Crop tool, there are several cropping formats and grids you can choose depending on how you want to crop the photo.

Step 3: Click the Apply button and select Save to save your photo.

Method 2: Healing Brush

Step 1: Navigate to the Retouch tab, and at the right-hand panel, select the Healing Brush tool. To remove unwanted objects from the background of your image, simply paint over them carefully. You can edit the size of the healing brush to get a finer trim.

Step 2: Click on the Apply button, and then tap Save to save your photo.

Method 3: Clone Stamp

Step 1: Navigate to the Retouch tab, and then select Clone Stamp. You can adjust the size of the stamp and use it to remove unwanted people from your photo.

Step 2: Click on the Apply button, and then tap Save to save your photo.

  1. Tilted Horizon

Sometimes, the picture is perfect, but the horizon in the background is tilted awkwardly. Learn how to straighten a picture with these easy steps.

Step 1: Download and Launch PhotoWorks then drag and drop the photo you want to edit.

Step 2: Head to the Composition option, and on the toolbar to the right, select Geometry. Choose the Grid option to see the grid lines on the images. Now, use the Rotation slider to align the horizon of the picture.

Step 3: Click on the Apply button, and then tap Save to save your photo.

  1. Blurred Image

A blurred image is every traveler’s worst nightmare. Nothing hurts more than seeing your well-taken pictures appear oily and blurry. But there’s a fix, learn how to enhance blurry photos with these easy steps.

Method 1: Sharpness Tool

Step 1: Download and Launch PhotoWorks then drag and drop the photo you want to edit.

Step 2: Navigate to the Enhancement tab, and then choose the Sharpness tool option. Adjust the sharpness amount, threshold settings and radius degree to enhance your blurry photo.

Step 3: Click on the Apply button, and then tap Save to save your photo.

Method 2: Clarity Tool

Step 1: Navigate to Tools > Enhancement tab, and then choose the Clarity tool option. Adjust the clarity and threshold setting to make your blurry photos appear better.

Step 2: Click on the Apply button, and then tap Save to save your photo.

So, if you have photos with a crowded background or poorly taken travel pictures, use any of the three steps listed above to edit your picture and make them look as good as you want.
