Some people choose to enlist the help of a professional wedding planner who can organise different aspects, and who has many contacts in the wedding industry, and sometimes a wedding planner may come with the venue that you choose. If you don’t have the luxury of a wedding planner, then these are 3 items you should add to your wedding checklist right away.
Food
The food for your wedding is a much bigger element than you might think. The food that you will need, or that you choose to have will also be determined by what time of day your wedding ceremony is taking place. Typically, if your wedding is in the afternoon you will need to think about a few different options for food.
It is likely that the wedding parties will meet up first thing in the morning to start preparing and getting ready. You will therefore need to think about having a good breakfast either at the hotel you are staying at, or going out for some food.
The biggest aspect you will need to think about is the wedding breakfast. This may be a lunch if the ceremony is in the morning, or it may be an evening meal if it is in the afternoon. Either way, you will also need to think about food for guests that are attending the wedding reception. A buffet is always a good choice.
Music
Booking the band for your wedding should not be left until the last minute. This is a sure-fire way to get a cheap local band that you didn’t really want. Some of the best local bands are booked up years in advance, so you will need to start doing your research as soon as you have a date confirmed for the wedding day.
The style of music is important too. Some people like to have a very upbeat, rocky band that everyone can dance to throughout the night.
Others may prefer something a little subtler and in the background like an acoustic solo artist or a string brand. Be sure to check this site out for some great wedding band ideas.
The Honeymoon
Finally, something that people can often lose sight of during the wedding planning is choosing the perfect honeymoon destination. Not only will you need to make sure that the dates for your honeymoon are available, you will need to factor it into your overall wedding budget. If you plan to go somewhere exotic like the Maldives, this can cost thousands of pounds and will need to be booked in advance.
Something that is becoming more popular, especially with people who have children is to have a mini honeymoon straight after the wedding and then a longer break later in the year. This may be due to school holidays or not being able to take time off work.

What could be better than good planning on these days. In fact, I often use to do check list to create and print a good to-do or shopping list. It organizes well
