Airport Long Term Parking OptionsLocated 9 miles southwest of Midtown Manhattan and 3 miles south of Downtown Newark, EWR is one of the 3 major airports that serve the New York metropolitan area. A walk through this airport which has long been in the list of the fifteen busiest airports in the USA is no less a hassle. And making your way through one of the three terminals can truly get your adrenaline going.

This airport is jointly owned by the cities of Newark and Elizabeth, with the former being the most populous city of the state. This makes the three terminals of the Airport experience sprawling travelers in and out of the airport. Luxurious hotels, restaurants and luxurious shops also experience lots of visitors along with the regular visitors, travelers who perhaps would be more concerned about the parking lots.

Probing for a perfect spot for your car when you are miles away is no longer a major task at EWR airport with a few tips for airport parking. Here is a guide that will help you get safe and secure airport parking for your car and make your traveling a peaceful one.

All the three terminals A, B and C have convenient and affordable parking lots whether you are planning to park your car for a small duration or a longer vacay.

Best parking lots for short term parking

If you have short corporate trips say for 2 days or have come to bid farewell to your dear ones, you can simply choose the option of parking at the terminal A, B or C. This will save you from covering miles of distance and also get you a reasonable hourly rate with convenience, and quick accessibility to your terminal.

The terminal C garage is comparatively more reasonable with airport parking rates of $4 for every 30 minutes or $8 for an hour. This would be an idle parking lot if you have come for a short visit to the airport or to pick & drop your near and dear ones.

Best parking lots for long term parking

You can get cheap long-term parking if you look for the main airport lot, similar to what you get while using LAX parking. Getting a spot at the regular parking area will fetch you the lots at a much lesser price. Terminal C P4 garage at EWR also offers parking at a better rate with vehicles parked for over 2 weeks. You will need an Airtrain ride from your parking lot to your terminal A, B or C.

You can also choose economy parking at Lot P6 of Newark airport where the parking rates are better off. You can also park your car at the on-site location from where you can get a free shuttle to your terminal. These parking lots also have a solid security system with CCTV cameras where your car will be properly taken care even when you are miles away.

Parking with Discounts

You can receive maximum discounts at valet parking or if you book your parking spot online. This will help you to choose your favorite spot with complete convenience and of course at unbelievably low rates. If you need airport overnight parking where the rates may go up as high as $40, with valet parking you can settle with a price as low as $27.

Pre-booking on online will help you earn your valuable time from searching for a good parking lot and also book the spot at a discounted price.

It’s always advisable to book airport parking in advance if your stay in more than 24 hours. You can also compare all EWR airport car parking online with way.com and book for your preferred parking lot, where you can easily connect to your terminal.
