I’m allergic to milk, as it causes me bloating and weight gain. I also don’t care very much for the taste of soy, but Silk Almond milk is all I will ever buy. I love the texture and flavor. I use it in my protein shakes. I prefer the Almond Coconut blend most, but Cashew Milk is just as wonderful along with the Dark Chocolate Almond Milk and the Chocolate Cashew Milk. Great alternative to milk with less calories and less sugars. I put it to the test: I made my protein shakes with water for a month. No weight gain occurred. I then tried almond milk, about 2 to 2 1/2 cups per day. No weight gain occurred and it tasted far better than water alone.
Highly recommend Silk Almond Milk. You could write an entire series on Almond Milk alone, from losing weight, to getting healthy, to cooking, or just for drinking and flavor. Silk truly is the best brand out there and the only one I will ever buy.
