While Thanksgiving is an all-American, national holiday, as the years go on, it seems that the day of giving thanks has been pushed to the back burner. All the hubbub starts with Halloween and it seems as the last trick-or treater heads home, the gears have switched immediately to Christmas. And don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Christmas but I also love the warmth and simplicity and the meaning behind Thanksgiving. Not to mention the incredible food!
What I am hearing from most folks as that the “Christmas Creep” is happening earlier and earlier and folks aren’t into it. That’s why this year, I’m really hoping people will embrace Thanksgiving the way they do with Halloween and Christmas, by decorating their homes with the lovely harvest colors that comes with the holidays.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with Ebay to curate collections for the holidays and I chose to do some that were geared toward Thanksgiving. From decorating your home to making your Thanksgiving table inviting and stylish, my collections are not only fun, but also budget-friendly!
