1. Get enough sleep

2. Make sure you’re eating enough fruit and vegetables

You can keep a supply in your dorm room to snack on, to stop yourself reaching for a candy bar when you’re hungry.
3. Keep socialising
When you’re so busy, socialising can go by the wayside. However, it’s a vital aspect of your life. Without time spent with your friends, you can start to feel isolated and lonely. Counteract that by carving out time to spend with friends every week. If you’re really busy, try creating study sessions that you can do together. 4. Make time to work out
Keeping in shape is a great way to stay healthy while you’re at college. What’s even better is that you can do it on the cheap while you’re on campus. Many colleges offer free access to a gym on campus, meaning you’ll save a fortune on a membership. There’s also often activities such as yoga being held for students. Take a look and see what’s available. You can even ditch the car and walk or cycle to class, to get some more exercise in during the day. Biking is a good exercise too.
5. Stay hydrated
It’s a good idea to buy yourself a water bottle and keep it topped up from water fountains throughout the day. Keeping hydrated will make you feel better as it helps concentration, prevents overeating, and gives you more energy. Avoid caffeine and sugary drinks, as they give you the same boosts but come with the crash later on.
6. Get help with your assignments
Assignments can quickly become a worrying pile of responsibilities that you don’t feel able to cope with. If you feel that you’re struggling, talk to someone about them. Your professors may be able to help, or study sessions held in your college library may have some ideas. You can even team up with your friends in order to help each other with your assignments.
