Winter Fruit Salad

Healthy Winter Fruit Salad Vegan RecipeIn an attempt to keep folks on track with their weight loss goals this new year, I thought I’d offer up a quick, easy and delicious way to get your fruit servings in.  For a sweet snack or even as dessert, this winter fruit salad will help you stay on your diet without feeling deprived. All the while getting a bunch of essential vitamins, minerals and fiber that will keep you healthy all winter long!

  • 2 pears
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 3 kiwi

Cut and slice to desired bite sizes and mix all fruit together in a bowl. Dress with the dressing below and lightly toss. Refrigerate until time time to serve.


2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
4 tablespoon agave
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Stir together and pour over fruit mix.
